Job Responsibilities:
Love and care for children's personal, physical, social, and emotional needs first, educate them next.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all students.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning.
Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas.
Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
Provide care for children during daily activities, including meals, nap time, and playtime.
